Correct reference to slapd password in ldap-tutorial file

I was previously getting this output:

TASK [ldap-tutorial : store slapd admin password securely on the host.] ************
skipping: [test-001.mayfirst.test]

The file was present on ldap-001 and in the vault. The (role? manifest? yaml file?) was referencing the wrong variable name after a refactor.
